All Mixed Up Exhibition
The Virginia Beach Art Center is hosting the All Mixed Up Exhibition from now through the 30th at the Artists Gallery at the Virginia Beach Art Center on 523 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Suite A. Admission is free and this exhibit features juried art from regional artists in the community. There will be an awards reception on Sunday the 30th from 3pm until 4pm. You can learn more right here.
Beyond Van Gogh
Your family can check out this amazing interactive Van Gogh exhibit from now through September 2nrd at the Convention Center on 1000 19th street. The exhibit is open on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Presented in partnership with the Virginia Arts Festival, this features an original score and 30,000 feet of an immersive experience. This creates a unique way to look at Van Gogh’s most well-known works. Tuesdays and Thursdays are open from 10am until 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am until 9pm, and on Sundays from 10am until 7pm. You learn more here.
Fun and Games Show
Family Fun Xperience will be hosting the Fun and Games Show from now through September 8th every Friday at 206 16th Street. The show takes place from 7pm until 9pm, and admission is $18 for adults, $15 for seniors, educators, first responders, and military. Kids get in for $12. You can also pick up VIP seating! These interstice games and challenges are fun for all ages, and we have cozy seating, concessions and bar areas, and pizza you can preorder! Find out more at this link.
Neon Glow
Uncommon Designs presents Neon GLOW Acrylic Fluid Painting at 236 Clearfield Avenue, suite 207. The show is open from 6om until 7:30pm and admission is $29. This live workshop will teachy how to create your own masterpieces, just be sure to wear clothes you won’t mind getting paint on! You will create artwork on a 12 by 12 canvas. Find out more here.
