Starting next week, runners and other fitness fans can take part in the Shamrock Marathon And Sports Festival! From Friday, March 18 through Sunday, March 20, there will be multiple races, including a half marathon and full marathon, a multi-day fitness expo, and fun post-race activities to enjoy. Whether you want to join in on a fun run, check out the expo, or cheer on participants, this is a fun way to celebrate fitness and enjoy an activity-packed weekend!
Running can have many benefits for your physical health. Of course, this is just one of many activities that can benefit your well-being. Activities that protect your smile are particularly important—by consistently brushing and flossing your teeth, you fight oral bacteria, remove plaque, avoid tartar formation, and defend against difficulties that require restorative treatment. In addition to protecting your smile at home, remember to see your dentist for regular exams and cleanings. Our Virginia Beach, VA dentist’s office is here to help you stay on top of your smile care and avoid potential problems.
