Is there something about the thought of practicing yoga as you see the first ray of light, while the sun rises over the water that sounds magical? If so, why not try it out in the company of other yogis, as you enjoy guided yoga practice? The upcoming Sunrise Yoga is sure to please.
The Event
Join Collective Yoga, Stephanie Raaschou and the Virginia Beach Surf & Rescue Museum for Sunrise Yoga. You will make your way through yoga on the beach, as the sun rises for a beautiful experience! (Remember to bring a mat or towel).
The Location
You will practice your yoga along the beach at 24th Street on the Boardwalk (or indoors in the museum if there is bad weather) at the following location:

The yoga event will take place on September 9th, 2018 from 6:30am to 7:30am.
