Take Part In The Bubble Run Sept 3!

On Saturday, September 3, you can take part in a fun, invigorating, and unusually refreshing running event. The Bubble Run offers participants a 5k race with a sudsy twist, as the course is blasted with bubbles! You can enjoy a fun spin on a traditional race as passing through bubbles helps you feel like a kid again. This can be a great way to take part in fun family fitness, as well as a chance to shake things up for seasoned runners!

Cardiovascular health can certainly impact your overall well-being. What you might not realize is how important your oral health is when it comes to your general health, as controlling problems with cavities and gum disease will help you avoid trouble with the spread of bacteria that gather in the mouth.
